Arapahoe Peak Health Center is a designated site for evaluation and treatment of
Work-related injuries for many businesses and places of employment in the Evergreen and surrounding areas. We are often able to manage all aspects of Work-related injuries and accept most Workers Compensation insurances. We have X-Ray facilities on site and are able to handle many types of health concerns. Some examples include musculoskeletal injuries, back strains, joint pains, lacerations and skin injuries, fracture care, and wound management.

We can also coordinate referrals to Physical Therapy and any other recommended specialists as needed.

DOT PHYSICALS
Anyone requiring DOT clearance can schedule their physicals with us and we offer these physicals at a set fee which includes all required testing, paperwork completion/forms and certificates, and providing any follow-up and referrals as needed.
